By accessing or using Life Line CRM, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Account Creation and Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account with Life Line CRM.Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of Services
License: Life Line CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Life Line CRM for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
4. Intellectual Property and Data Integrity
Intellectual Property: Life Line CRM and its affiliates respect your intellectual property rights. We will not copy, alter, or delete your intellectual property or data without your explicit consent. You retain ownership of all data and content you create or upload to the platform.
Data Ownership: You are the owner of your data, and Life Line CRM will use your data solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
5. Subaccount Management
Cancellation: Subaccounts may be canceled at any time. Upon request, Life Line CRM agrees to transfer a full snapshot of the subaccount’s data to the subaccount owner at no cost. This transfer will include all relevant data and configurations.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Subaccounts that utilize the Life Line CRM affiliate program to resell the platform are responsible for managing their SaaS sales. This includes handling any and all banking disputes related to their sales activities.
6. Fees and Payment
Payment Terms: Fees for Life Line CRM services will be outlined in your subscription plan or agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
Billing Disputes: Any disputes related to billing or payments must be reported to Life Line CRM within 30 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve any discrepancies.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy Policy: Your use of Life Line CRM is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Life Line CRM provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation: In no event shall Life Line CRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9. Modifications to Terms
Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to Life Line CRM if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unlawful activities.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account cancellation process. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
